Example usage: /api?module=token&action=getToken&contractAddress={addressHash} * Issue link: https://github.com/poanetwork/blockscout/issues/571 This change addresses the need by: * Creating `API.RPC.TokenController` to process token related API requests. * Editing router to route `/api?module=token&...` requests to `API.RPC.TokenController` * Creating `API.RPC.TokenView` to render responses for the new API endpoint as needed. * Adding docs for the new `getToken` endpoint. Documentation data lives in `BlockScoutWeb.Etherscan`. * Editing `templates/api_docs/_model_table.html.eex` for it to correctly handle nested models.	6 years ago

Documentation data lives in `BlockScoutWeb.Etherscan` * Making `where_transaction_has_multiple_internal_transactions/1` a public function and adding doc, spec, and two new tests for it. This was necessary to use it from `Explorer.Etherscan.list_internal_transactions/1`.	6 years ago
