Problem: While fetching the internal transactions for a block sometimes we receive some that are part of a pending transaction. By inserting them we also try to update the pending transaction's field, but this violates the `status` check constraint (rightfully). Solution: Filter out internal_transactions that are part of a pending transaction.	5 years ago

pasqu4le	d528d4d1f5	Reduce chain function input to hashes (or ids) where possible ... Problem: a lot of function take an entity as an parameter, but only use its hash/id. This makes tracing the necessary scope of functions harder and is one of the cause for unnecessary queries/code execution. Solution: refactor these functions to take only a hash (or an id).	5 years ago
