Using `curl` in a job instead of the `notify` `webhook` allows us to interpolate the COVERALLS_REPO_TOKEN instead of disclosing it in the config.yml. Use KronicDeth/excoveralls@circle-workflows because upstream hex.pm excoveralls does not properly support parallel jobs run in separate Workflow jobs.	6 years ago

Level is - `:debug` for `dev` - `:warn` for `test` - `:info` for `prod` It uses `LoggerFileBackend` and writes to `logs/<Mix.env>/block_scout_web.log`. * `:ethereum_jsonrpc` is only when `:application` metadata is `:ethereum_jsonrpc`.
