Example usage: ``` /api?module=account&action&txlist&address={someAddress}&filterby=to ``` * Issue link: https://github.com/poanetwork/blockscout/issues/138 This change addresses the need by: * Editing `API.RPC.AddressController`'s `txlist/2` action to support a `filterby` flag in which the only allowed value for now is `to`. This is an optional parameter. When given this filters the returned transactions to only those in which the given address matches the `to` field. When not given, the address provided could match the to, from, or contract address for the transaction. * Editing `Explorer.Etherscan`'s `list_transactions/3` to support the new `filterby` flag mentioned above. * Editing API docs data in `BlockScoutWeb.Etherscan` to include information about the new `filterby` flag added in this commit.	6 years ago

Fixes #628 The Phoenix.CodeReloader causes the file loggers to restart and reload their config, but when they reload, the current working directory has shifted from the project root to the OTP app root, so it produces log files under each OTP app (`apps/APP_NAME/logs`). We don't want this, so compute the absolute path in the config files, so that the loaded `Application` environment has an absolute path in it that can't shift when the working directory changes.	6 years ago

Example usage: ``` /api?module=account&action=tokentx&address={addressHash} ``` * Issue link: https://github.com/poanetwork/blockscout/issues/571 This change addresses the need by: * Adding `Explorer.Etherscan.list_token_transfers/3` to get token transfer data required from db. * Adding `tokentx/2` action to `API.RPC.AddressController` to handle `?module=account&action=tokentx&...` API requests. * Editing `API.RPC.AddressView` to render token transfer events as needed. * Deleting duplicate line in `Explorer.Chain.TokenTransfer`. This looks like a typo. * Other than adding tests for the new functions mentioned above, `optional_params/1` within `API.RPC.AddressController` was promoted to a public function and unit tests were added for it. * Adding docs for `account#tokentx` API endpoint. Using `curl` in a job instead of the `notify` `webhook` allows us to interpolate the COVERALLS_REPO_TOKEN instead of disclosing it in the config.yml. Use KronicDeth/excoveralls@circle-workflows because upstream hex.pm excoveralls does not properly support parallel jobs run in separate Workflow jobs.	6 years ago

Note that API users are probably better off using the `token#getToken` endpoint which returns a token's total supply plus other token related data they'll probably need. Etherscan doesn't support `token#getToken` as of this writing. This endpoint (`stats#tokensupply`) was added for Etherscan-compatibility. Example usage: ``` /api?module=token&action=getToken&contractAddress={addressHash} ``` * Issue link: https://github.com/poanetwork/blockscout/issues/571 This change addresses the need by: * Creating `API.RPC.StatsController` to process tokensupply requests. * Editing router to route /api?module=stats&... requests to `API.RPC.StatsController` * Creating `API.RPC.StatsView` to render responses for the new API endpoint as needed. * Adding docs for the new stats#tokensupply endpoint.
