pasqu4le	d528d4d1f5	Reduce chain function input to hashes (or ids) where possible ... Problem: a lot of function take an entity as an parameter, but only use its hash/id. This makes tracing the necessary scope of functions harder and is one of the cause for unnecessary queries/code execution. Problem: a transaction created_contract_code_indexed_at gets ignored during a conflicting update, so it is not updated. In particular it is not reset to NULL and this has been source of errors. pasqu4le	c38aea875c	Avoid fetching internal transactions of blocks that still need refetching ... Problem: blocks that need refetching may have the wrong transactions, so if internal transactions for this block are fetched they can (in some cases) fail to be inserted because their transaction does not exist. As a consequence this causes their insertion to fail multiple time before the block gets refetched. Solution: exclude blocks that need refetching from internal transactions indexing.	5 years ago
