Why: * For users to be able to get a list of internal transactions for a given transaction hash (Etherscan-compatible). * Issue link: https://github.com/poanetwork/blockscout/issues/138 This change addresses the need by: * Adding `Explorer.Etherscan.list_internal_transactions/1` to fetch internal transactions data as needed to be Etherscan-compatible. * Adding `txlistinternal/2` action to `API.RPC.AddressController` * Adding `txlistinternal.json` `render/2` function head to `API.RPC.AddressView` to render internal transaction lists as needed. * Adding documentation for the new action. Documentation data lives in `BlockScoutWeb.Etherscan` * Making `where_transaction_has_multiple_internal_transactions/1` a public function and adding doc, spec, and two new tests for it. This was necessary to use it from `Explorer.Etherscan.list_internal_transactions/1`.	6 years ago

Luke Imhoff	f2884992a7	Fetch realtime internal transactions and balances synchronously ... Fixes #366 Queuing the internal transactions and balances to be fetched asynchronously for realtime blocks lead to upto 15 minute delay between when a block appeared and the internal transaction was drained from the queue. It is a better user experience to not see the realtime blocks at all than to see them incomplete, so fetch the internal transactions and then the balances before importing the whole tree of data instead of using the catchup asynchronous queues.	6 years ago
