Kunal Arora	7c872bc449	5164 hook support (#2471) ... ### Description - Adding support for any ERC-5164 compatible bridge adapter to be added as a hook. See https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-5164 for more details on the EIP and https://github.com/MultiMessageAggregation/multibridge for adapter implementations for different vendors. ### Drive-by changes - Switched mapping(bytes32 => mapping(address => true) to mapping(bytes32 => bytes) for verifedMessageIds because the last boolean is redundant in the AbtrsactNativeISM contract. ### Related issues - Fixes #2417 ### Backward compatibility _Are these changes backward compatible?_ Yes _Are there any infrastructure implications, e.g. changes that would prohibit deploying older commits using this infra tooling?_ None ### Testing _What kind of testing have these changes undergone?_ Unit Tests	1 year ago
