Trevor Porter cc8624d687 chore: fix key funder errors, lower some thresholds (#4333 ) ### Description - updated the image to include the sei gas price fix #4321 - lowered a bunch of thresholds for some newer chains that could be lower based off looking at the fees / available balances. Tips

To enable more verbose logging, see the log env vars mentioned in the root readme
To configure the local registry path, set the REGISTRY_URI env var
