This commit fixes a few issues with ConfirmPageContainerSummary (which
holds the contract being used or action being performed and the money
being sent):
* Remove fixed height so that the secondary currency doesn't get cut off
or spill over
* Add missing padding
* Fix font size of primary and secondary currencies
* Add top border when there is a "address not in your address book"
alert at the top

The origin that suggests a transaction is now shown on the transaction
confirmation page. If the transaction was initiated from within
MetaMask (e.g. via the 'Send' flow or swaps), no origin is shown.
This was based upon designs that were linked in the PR #9377. This is a
temporary measure until our newer transaction confirmation designs can
be implemented.
* Refactor tab styles to minimize tab component styles
The tab component styles were not applicable to all tab instances, so
they were being overridden in a few places. Instead the tab styles have
been reduced to a minimal set that should be applicable in most cases.
There are a few functional changes here as well, meant to undo
changes made accidentally in #8132. Before that PR the page container
was overriding the tab styles altogether, but after that PR they were
combined with the base tab styles instead.
* Remove background color
This was previously being overridden by the page container styles, and
it matches the inherited background color already in the one other case
(the confirm page for token interactions)
