Oliver Günther	e4ccc964b3	Use a journalized-scope advisory lock to minimize exclusive locks This commit removes transactional_lock (mysql-support only) with `with_advisory_lock` which supports both MySQL and PostgresSQL. For PostgreSQL, which supports more than one advisory lock per session, we can reference the customized type and ID to minimize the locking we do for other work packages.	6 years ago

Because livingstyleguide does a poor job of being compatible to sassc, a custom template class is necessary and the `@sass style` directive can no longer be used within the styleguide file.	6 years ago

Jens Ulferts	7c6793589e	application loading for rake tasks when no db exists Since rails 5, the whole of the application is loaded (including all initializers and models) when a rake task is to be executed. In case no database exists, e.g. when issuing a db:create, this runs into errors in case calls to ActiveRecord methods require the existence of a database. Using the null-db gem, we can mimick the existence of a db in such cases. Rails seems to reset the database connection to the one defined in the config/database.yml by itself.	6 years ago

Jens Ulferts	f920cc73a0	avoid EventedFileUpdateChecker to avoid system crashes Because of the tendency of rb-fsevent (used by listen on mac) to create zombie processes and because of the rather low default number of allowed processes on mac (709), using the EventedFileUpdateChecker can cause the system to become unusable which can then only be fixed by a reboot (as kill requires forking).
