Romano Licker	9437dbe46f	fixes the sad attempt to inherit target versions across projects ... target versions will only be inherited within a project by deactivating backlogs you can get pass the validation that prevents issues from being created when the parent is not in the same project having this invalid state saving an issue can fail since the target version can not be inherited because it is not in the non-backlogs project	13 years ago

So although the record is unsaved, it is in fact unchanged. The changes that are applied are only concerning relations.
