With a RAILS_RELATIVE_URL_ROOT set, `<base href="//path">` is emitted rather than `<base href="/path/">`. `//path` is interpreted by the browser as HTTP host rather than a path, breaking links and assets. Florian Kraft	fe8ff8fc2e	fix the issue edit view ... The problem was the edit view which is loaded via ajax and attached to the DOM. The angular directive has-preview is not run for the newly attached edit view. The directive was manually compiled to resolve the issue.	10 years ago

This makes the the use of the diff action less generic, as a user will still need the view_work_pacakges permission to access the diff action.	10 years ago
