Oliver Günther	558bfc5e74	[31617] Re-enable group sums rendering ... The grouped rows builder excluded rendering of per-groups sums, however the API returned these results anyway. It's easy to just render a sums row as we did before. Custom fields of type list have been refactored quite some time ago to contain a reference to a `custom_option` in their `custom_value.value`.
