This fix does not modify anything in the core so everything else should work as normal. However, assuming system time zones and not explicitly providing a time zone (like it is done in Redmine's I18n) is not the right way to do it.	12 years ago

As I prefer to bundle the business logic into as few places as possible I decided to move the functionality away from meeting_minutes altogether and put it in meeting#close_agenda_and_copy_to_minutes I added cukes and specs for this behaviour	12 years ago

The mechanism for achieving it is preliminary (see comment in lib/openproject_meeting/engine.rb).
