Our Angular application (and Router) is currently loaded globally and available on every page, yet we only want this to apply to pages that use the Router's ui-view directive. Inspired by libraries such as pjax, we can make this opt-in: https://github.com/defunkt/jquery-pjax#usage * Update left-hand work package menu items to be link-hijacked.
