Oliver Günther	c7f07ed594	Use webpack-fail-plugin to bail on TS errors ... Introduces the webpack-fail-plugin[1] to return a status code of `-1` when compilation errors arose in a single build. We can't simply copy from the resource itself, since we can't distinguish property links and action links (e.g., update) in the frontend.
