However, the failing screenshots always show the correct comment so I suspect it's a timing issue. This PR changes the expectation to run in a retry_block without retrying the entire spec	5 years ago

Have a relatively positioned container for graphs as prescribed (https://www.chartjs.org/docs/latest/general/responsive.html#important-note) to allow basic resizing to automatically work.
