Uses FactoryBot to keep and maintain specific records in a special transaction that does not get removed after each spec. They automatically are created whenever first hitting them. In order to allow using the keyboard to trigger the close button, the ngDialog close functionality is disabled and a custom close button (the X) is added which is tabbable.
