This commit adds support for projects and adds the help texts to widget headers for status and description modals in the overview tab as well as extending the attachable mixin to allow uploading images. Uploaded attachments are to be expected to be visible regardless of permissions, thus this also adds an option to make attachments visible to all	4 years ago

Introduces a hidden div for stuff within an angular layout so that a frontend backlogs component can show stuff rendered by Rails after its css got loaded. This is a workaround until backlogs gets replaced by an actual frontend module, but still allows us to lazily load CSS from angular while rendering the rest in Rails	4 years ago

Henriette Darge	4c64cb66dd	Previously the closing icon overlapped the header of modals when the modal was rather small. However, for "highlighted" modals this was already fixed. So to reduce doubled implementations, the one for the highlighted modals was applied generally. Leaving the "highlighted" class to change basically only colours. Therefore the HTML structure of all modals needed be unified.	4 years ago
