ulferts	f043409330	adhere to notification settings when notifying about added watcher (#4683) ... The PR will let the users added as watchers be notified according to their settings. Especially https://community.openproject.com/work_packages/22636/activity should be fixed by it. Unfortunately, the #notify_about method on User is not reusable here for all cases as it would have to be adjusted to fit the requirements. But that method is used for a couple of use cases and I did not want to alter it shortly before a release. The method looks weird, though as e.g. the watchers are not taken into account for 'only_my_events' which reads 'Only for things I watch or I am involved in'. Additionally, it does not care for the self_notified? setting.	8 years ago

This is in turn caused by foundation to try to initialize itself through a meta style accessor. This commit provides a hackish workaround to use visibility instead of display to hide the modal.. Otherwise, especially in IE with their custom change handler for select boxes, it was possible to make a change, trigger saving and while saving takes place, change another attribute and change that. A dynamic require, such as the following in `init-app.js` will cause webpack to include all possible values (since it doesn't know what `documentLang` is in this case). ``` // depends on the html element having a 'lang' attribute var documentLang = (angular.element('html').attr('lang') || 'en').toLowerCase(); require('angular-i18n/angular-locale_' + documentLang + '.js'); ``` We can exploit the `webpack.contextReplacementPlugin` to match this context and restrict the possible modules that may match it. Applying that for ngLocale reduces the number of included locales to the ones we have in place in the `openproject-translations` plugin, and all other locales are excluded. That number drops from 750 locales to 34, which results in a drop of 1.9 MB in the openproject-core bundle.	8 years ago
