We part ways with Protoype's Sortable module, link_to_remote, and some javascript in favor of a tigher implementation using dragula, jQuery, and some js.erb responses. Sorting logic was also simplified; we now merely send the state of the source and the target of the drag&drop to the server where it persists. When using `.-autogrow` on textareas in inplace edit (e.g., description), the height is not correctly set as the selector is not visible. Only when starting to EDIT the textarea, the changes are being picked up and height is set correctly. This commit thus provides a second event listener to `focusin` events that cause the textareas to resize properly.	9 years ago

As repository now contains multiple, this was changed to class-based selectors. This commit also adds functionality in toolbars for: * Including select2 fields (proper scaling). To avoid too small selects, toolbar select2 fields are at least 150px wide * Including inline labels in toolbars * Prepended and appended inputs * Icon-only icons (they require font-size changes and a small offset)	9 years ago

Issues: * Uses table style for checkout component, as exact styling is unclear * Adds compressed table style with less padding * Checkout settings are best organized in a Hash with keys per SCM * vendor. Using default settings, a lot of new setting values would be introduced * Checks for Hash in SettingsController * Currently can't use SettingsHelper, as it requires single setting values	9 years ago

ENV-based configuration for various configs can only provide case-insensitive values for SCM configuration and thus is unable to properly configure, e.g., managed repositories. This refactoring relies on lowercase configuration and symbols to define SCM vendors, and camelizes them to the old notation (e.g., :git => 'Git') when using `Setting.enabled_scms` to remain compatible with previous installations.	9 years ago

Changing the enabled vendors will now also dynamically add or remove vendors from the repository select field. The select field is disabled when no option remains.	9 years ago
