William Hodges	d9369c4fb7	changed ruby version to 2.3.0 I did this since `gem install passenger` requires Ruby 2.2.2 Ruby > 2.3.0 [ruby 2.3.0p0 (2015-12-25 revision 53290) [x86_64-linux]] - The new Ruby is required for `gem install passenger` and `passenger-install-appache2-module` to install. The required version is 2.2.2 so 2.3.0 allows this to install. Added the `passenger-install-apache2-module` RAM warning.	9 years ago
