To provide a common interface to get _ALL_ values for the given custom field id (either multi or single value), this PR adds `typed_custom_value_for` which maps all custom_values (if any) to their `typed_value`s. The long-term goal should be to also move the grouping to the SQL side. Currently grouping will make a query very slow ("normal" with respect to its prior performance, but "slow" with respect to the performance of the grouping-free sum implementation).	9 years ago
