The old user-autocompleter was incompatible with angular reactive forms, did not offer the ability to hand over a full json object as the initial value (which caused the name to be missing when rendering from the backend), and was not conforming to our naming standards because it missed the `op-` prefix. As we cannot guarantee that our k8s workers are in sync (one of the workers is running 3 minutes late right now), we should use the DB time as the canonical correct current time for all our timestamps. As now() and current_timestamp return the values at the start of the transaction, and tests are wrapped in one big transaction, they will always return the same value. Instead, statement_time() is the one we want in this case, returning the actual insert time. Benjamin Bädorf	ed9b667f54	Fix/40286 fixes 1 (#10872) ... * Reduce spacing per level in op-project-autocompleter This used to be 20px per level, but is now reduced to 16px, or 1rem, to align with `spot-list` * Fix op-project-autocompleter appendTo and disabled reason The disabled reason text was shown even if the item was not disabled. This is fixed here. Also, the op-project-autocompleter appended the results modal to `body` by default, but that screws up scrolling oftentimes, so here it is changed back to open in-context by default. * Disable parent projects of search results In project-include, parent projects of search results were still clickable. This behaviour was not to spec, so we now disable projects that were not directly search results. * Disable projects that are not search results In the global project select drop-modal, all projects were clickable before this. However, when a project was shown only because child projects matched the search criteria, it should be disabled. Oliver Günther	8fa841c9c2	Prevent uncontainered attachments being added due to public permissions ... If there is an anonymous role to view_project, there are two attachable instances (Grids::MyPage, Projects::Export) that allow anonymous attaching of uncontainered attachments. This has the consequence that anon users can upload uncontainered attachments when this role is set. This PR fixes this by preventing these classes from getting uncontainered attachments, as they are only necessary for resources created through the frontend (projects, work packages).	2 years ago
