The `timeline_colors_pkey` is still the current index of `planning_element_type_colors` in many installations because Rails < 4 did not rename indexes upon renaming tables. While it might make sense to change to bigint in the long run, we can not do this by altering the old migrations as existing installations would not profit from the change.
