Oliver Günther	22b33dcfbe	Disable letter_opener for the course of development seeds ... When seeding with ActiveMailer set to :letter_opener, an innumerable number of tabs are opened due to work package update notifications being sent. This commit disables this behavior for the duration of the development seeds by changing the mailer method and, more importantly, the delayed job delivering those notifications.	9 years ago

As the removed const requires us to delete filesystem repositories directly in SQL, we need to manually remove associated changesets that would otherwise remain broken in the database and may cause errors when trying to access them (e.g., throught the revisions API endpoint). This commit destroys all changesets of a filesystem repository before destroying the repository itself.	9 years ago
