Oliver Günther	3bb52f6f7f	Bump sentry and remove doubled exceptions capture ... We have our own exceptions app to render proper errors with the OpenProject layouts. In there, we capture exceptions meant for sentry, but don't use the 'action_dispatch.exception' original exception. At the same time, sentry has its own CaptureExceptions middleware, that does the same thing.	3 years ago

We now define a base rate for certain requests, so that we can exclude health checks and other things.
