Oliver Günther	b208726bef	[26035] Don't clear stale cache states (#5823) ... When a state is stale, its value was cleared. This causes e.g., a visual delay in the split screen beacuse a work package is no longer present in the system. If we instead only load the value, the stale value will be available for the period of the request of the next one. Oliver Günther	97ba47087c	[25707] Avoid merging all involved state values, but only those requested ... We cannot ensure that the relations of involved work packages we requested relations for are complete. We only know that for the set of _requested work packages_, all visible outgoing relations are shown. We can thus only fill those work package states, and keep the others empty. If an involved work package requires their relations (e.g., timeline of expanded relation column or split view), they are requested on demand.	7 years ago
