Markus Kahl	1c2c98efeb	don't preserve index names as pgloader-ccl crashes with it sometimes ... This then leads to an error like: The value #<COMPILED-LEXICAL-CLOSURE (:INTERNAL COMMAND-LINE-ARGUMENTS::MAKE-OPTION-ACTION) #x30200145D5CF> is not of the expected type (OR NULL KEYWORD SYMBOL CONS). Also preserving the index names is unnecessary anyway as we run a migration (20180105130053) later that fixes the index names anyway.	5 years ago
