ulferts	6140f4c7e9	update copyright to 2021 (#8925) ... Updates the copyright to 2021 for all files that have a copyright. Files in our source code without the copyright header still do not receive one automatically. Additionally, backlisted files are also excluded. Previously the copyright of chiliproject which references redmine stated a copyright of redmine up to and including 2017 which is not true for the code we have in here. Oliver Günther	a3746ed4ae	Create proper breadcrumb helper to avoid escaping ... Lots of toolbars use the notation `<Foobar> >> <Subitem>`, which did not have a helper yet and requires manually calling html_safe all over the place. This fixes it by adding a `breadcrumb_toolbar` helper that properly and safely joins its components.	9 years ago

Oliver Günther	14e74596a3	Allow multiple toolbars to exist, extend toolbar functionality ... Previously, toolbars were thought to be unique on a page and thus identified by id. As repository now contains multiple, this was changed to class-based selectors. This commit also adds functionality in toolbars for: * Including select2 fields (proper scaling). To avoid too small selects, toolbar select2 fields are at least 150px wide * Including inline labels in toolbars * Prepended and appended inputs * Icon-only icons (they require font-size changes and a small offset)	9 years ago
