Christophe Bliard	c6ff4be74f	deserialize empty string setting value to nil when not string format ... the seeder blindly saves all settings to database, setting the value to empty string when no value is defined. When the setting is read back, it can be misinterpreted. For instance a boolean setting with a nil value will have the value '' once seeded, and it is truthy which is wrong. add a helper to restore settings after resetting them in tests	3 years ago

Oliver Günther	1d2583867f	Also request notifications from inactive tabs at much larger intervals ... We have seen reports from customers where requests of notifications fail whenever they re-activate the window after leaving it for some time. This is probably due to some proxy or network timeout in between, but notifications is the first request they see and connect to them. This PR allows notification requests to be performed every 2 minutes while the tab is inactive. This has the side-effect of a ping request, keeping the session alive as well as preventing a 10s delay between reactivating the tab and seeing new notifications come in.	3 years ago

The backend does not provide queries and typeahead filters for all resources, and we can avoid additional requests if we just filter them here.
