Previously, the copied work package would take over all attributes of the original work package, but the form was an empty create form, which results in only the default type and status being contained in the schema. We can instead post the attributes of the original WP form to retrieve a matching form response.	8 years ago

Otherwise, especially in IE with their custom change handler for select boxes, it was possible to make a change, trigger saving and while saving takes place, change another attribute and change that. Only the first change would work while the second would fail because of optimistic locking.	8 years ago

The type is set to null when in that context which broke the controller. https://community.openproject.com/work_packages/23595/activity harmonises the usage of a border for show/edit and create split view avoids a url of [domain]///work_packages/new when switching from split to full view in a global context Out of scope adding 403 error messages when a request to the API by the angular front end fails with that error.
