Alex Coles	239a68cb9c	Add Gemfile.lock back to version control ... Our internal CI infrastructure depends on `Gemfile.lock` being in the repository. Rewriting these scripts is out-of-scope for this particular Work package. That said, the original intent of @marutosi's commit is entirely correct: removing `Gemfile.lock` and/or better solution than `Gemfile.plugins` should remain a medium-term goal.
