Files in our source code without the copyright header still do not receive one automatically. Additionally, backlisted files are also excluded. Previously the copyright of chiliproject which references redmine stated a copyright of redmine up to and including 2017 which is not true for the code we have in here. However in our case the widget can also resize when neighboring widgets are added or removed. This fix adds a `ResizeObserver` listener to account for that. It is supported in all evergreen browsers. * Explicitly add resize observer typings The typings file for ResizeObserver was not being autoloaded. Benjamin Bädorf	fbc30d89b2	Added PROXY_HOSTNAME env variable for local docker development Before, the webpack dev proxy tried to proxy any requests to `localhost:3000`. However, since the backend and frontend containers are different hosts in the docker context, it was proxying to itself and failing. The proxy now takes this env variable which is set in the docker-compose file to `backend`, but defaults to localhost for backward compatability.	4 years ago
