Oliver Günther c48bfd6a00 Always use DB statement_time for journal updated_timestamp ... As we cannot guarantee that our k8s workers are in sync (one of the workers is running 3 minutes late right now), we should use the DB time as the canonical correct current time for all our timestamps. As now() and current_timestamp return the values at the start of the transaction, and tests are wrapped in one big transaction, they will always return the same value. Instead, statement_time() is the one we want in this case, returning the actual insert time.
