Ayrat Badykov	eef64e47b5	optimize ERC721 inventory query ... Inventory tab for ERC721 doesn't load any token transfers because query is timing out. Looking into the query, it does a couple of unnessary joins: 1. with `transactions` for `block_number`. But token_transfers already have block_number 2. with `tokens` to check if `token_transfers` are for ERC-721 token. But the query is only executed only for ERC 721 tokens One more issue that I found is that the query uses distinct by `token_id`. But we don't have any indexes on `token_id`. So this PR adds index on `token_id`.	5 years ago

Since we may fetch a lot of duplicated balances for the same address if its balance is not changes for multiple blocks. This PR adds deduplication by delta value to remove duplication.	5 years ago

Reward calculation is a heavy operation since it joins `rewards` and `transactions` tables with `blocks`. `transactions` is one of the largest tables in the DB. So that was a reason for a request timeout. Removing rewards fixed the issue. From this point rewards should be fetched with `getblockreward` rpc.	5 years ago

More are to be implemented, so it would be good to abstract their implementation. Solution: add a behaviour and a macro (providing an implementation) to create this type of caches. pasqu4le	52a0b19d5e	Avoid importing internal_transactions of pending transactions ... Problem: While fetching the internal transactions for a block sometimes we receive some that are part of a pending transaction. By inserting them we also try to update the pending transaction's field, but this violates the `status` check constraint (rightfully).
