Update changelog for v7.2.1, v7.2.0, and v7.1.1

A new entry has been added for v7.2.1, and the Brave locales have been
moved from v7.1.1 to v7.2.0. That feature was mistakenly included under
the v7.1.1 heading - it was in fact released in v7.2.0
