Cyril Rohr	cc95391a69	More involved than expected, since we were not starting the container as root. ... So, adding a default entrypoint that switches to the APP_USER, and chown the APP_DATA folder to make sure it has the correct permissions. (By default, docker creates volumes owned by root, so in the previous version the APP_USER couldn't write to the folder). Oliver Günther	2740d85633	Avoid DatabaseCleaner truncation strategy with in-process puma server ... Since Rails 5.1., we can force the application server and capybara to share the same connection, which results in database_cleaner no longer being necessary and resulting in faster tests due to transactions. This will only work with a server that works in single mode (e.g., Puma). We're still using database_cleaner in cucumber however, so we can use it to ensure we run with a clean database (which use_transactional_fixtures does not ensure) by starting it with truncation once. This PR also adds necessary wiring to support `system` tests, however I don't see the immediate benefit there. rspec will continue to support the previous feature specs syntax.	7 years ago

Oliver Günther	fa76452233	Allow :none authentication as empty smtp_authentication setting (#6210) ... We have users that need SMTP without authentication present, e.g., in an internal network. When passing :none to the smtp settings, this results in an authentication error since it tries to use that authentication method.
