Oliver Günther	269d91cfb9	[31583] avoid parsing strings to yaml If a configuration/ENV value has YML-incompatible contents, it is broken due to the `YAML.load` approach. However, if the outcome of `YAML.load` is a string, we can expect the input to be an actual string, not something YAML should parse. Thus as a workaround until proper configuration types are added (or better, settings and configuration is joined into one), this avoids breaking passwords in ENV configuration inputs. https://community.openproject.com/wp/31583	5 years ago

Oliver Günther	3aa3dea512	Allow `deliver_later` using a custom ApplicationJob We're getting more and more reports on synchronous Timeouts and SMTP errors causing internal errors for users when trying to send mail in the request of the browser. With rails 5.2, we can assign a custom job that handles the `deliver_later` delayed sending. We can hook this into the ApplicationJob with delayed_job. Since rails now also has GlobalID serialization of ActiveRecord, we don't even need to do the serialization ourselves!	5 years ago

Reduces the information passed to gon. Only the date/time format fields are left for gon to pass as those are not yet available via the api. Adding the fields should be easy.	5 years ago

The release/10 branch received a revert that was applied after changes from dev unwillingly where merged into it. But when merging release/10.0 back into dev, that revert was also applied to dev where the changes are indeed wanted. So we revert the revert for dev.	5 years ago

Oliver Günther	19e06b3fc1	Don't break session auth if fallback session provided When no session is provided (e.g., just curl an attachment URL), Rack will still give you a session that is empty, which of course has TTL attribute outdated if being checked for it. Thus we accept an empty placeholder session as valid as long there are no attributes. The only user authenticatable through it is `User.anonymous`.	5 years ago
