ulferts	c83ba63640	Revert revert unwanted in dev branch ... This reverts commit b05a8f7b54. The release/10 branch received a revert that was applied after changes from dev unwillingly where merged into it. But when merging release/10.0 back into dev, that revert was also applied to dev where the changes are indeed wanted. So we revert the revert for dev.	5 years ago

Oliver Günther	89ac5789c7	Replace scopes with already defined names ... The activerecord scope helpers output a warning when a scope's name already exists in the module's method chain. E.g., `Kernel#open` is overridden by some of the scopes, but that always results in a warning. A better way is to explicitly override the method in the model using a class method.	7 years ago

ulferts	daa1a4d4b7	fixes filtering members by group (#5800) ... additionally fixes: * with "all" selected, all members are shown, not only those being active, invited or registered * with "locked" selected, locked users are now displayed. * the Project#members_principals associations lacked the `references` method which lead to the users table being undefined in the resulting query. In order to achive the bug fixes, the member filtering is now based on the query engine also used for users, queries, work_packages, ... As a lot of the members filters are very similar to user filters (in fact, a lot of the members filter work on the users model), those filters are shared via modules. [ci skip]	7 years ago

ulferts	eae5321c4e	Feature/latest project activity (#4390) ... The project table is extended to also have the "Latest activity at" column which shows the date of the latest write operation within the project. https://community.openproject.com/work_packages/22858 Models can register for being considered when the latests activity date is calculated. This mechanism can be and is used by core and can also be used by plugins. It is unfortunate, that the mechanisms already in place by acts_as_activity could not be reused, but it would have required a complete rework to make it happen. Another shortcoming of the current implementation are the sql strings generated within Project::Activity. It would have taken more time to rework them into Arel and as the improvable code is limited to one class and a clean interface separates it from the rest of the application I deem it ok to stay that way for now.	9 years ago

Not only the memberships the query is interested in (the one of the project) was joined but all the memberships the user had.
