Oliver Günther	2a38ff1156	Add separate CopyController for frontend copy (#22) ... This allows copying another resource from its `form`. We can't simply copy from the resource itself, since we can't distinguish property links and action links (e.g., update) in the frontend. There is a link in the relation resource but it points into the void.
