The old user-autocompleter was incompatible with angular reactive forms, did not offer the ability to hand over a full json object as the initial value (which caused the name to be missing when rendering from the backend), and was not conforming to our naming standards because it missed the `op-` prefix. Oliver Günther	c48bfd6a00	Always use DB statement_time for journal updated_timestamp ... As we cannot guarantee that our k8s workers are in sync (one of the workers is running 3 minutes late right now), we should use the DB time as the canonical correct current time for all our timestamps. As now() and current_timestamp return the values at the start of the transaction, and tests are wrapped in one big transaction, they will always return the same value. Instead, statement_time() is the one we want in this case, returning the actual insert time.
